I sure would appreciate passive versions of the icons you do, plz. Without passive versions at the very least, and icon can lose a lot of potential versatility. Apart from that, the icon is good.

Yea i think Wazzz is right. Abillities should have passive too.
But. The icon looks great and it surely will be useful.
