Here is one simple, inner fire, you rename the skill to Mark of Phoenix and change the icon.. and tada new epic spell, lol

in my opinion, this icon could be used for some fire-spells or buffs (like you said) and the passive simply looks awesome .. the only thing I dislike is the head... change that and your icon will get a 4/5 or even a 5/5 from me

PS: This icon reminds me on the Wu-tang Clan xD

Yeah, this is awesome! But a little problem I see here:
A phoenix is a fire bird. You could have made the background black, and the phoenix red and yellow, so it could make some sense, but Nah... IT's awesome as it looks right now
