please post work in progress pictures, or a original (not resized) big picture. Cause you are newbie in section, you should proof your works with such as material, else your icon will get rejected and you will have a bad reputation as a stealer, or (the same) fake uploader.

You're not required to show WIP's, they're just something people like to see.

It won't be rejected unless there's proof that it's stolen, copied, or recolored.

Actually, he has to prove that he hasn't stolen it. We don't have to prove that he has. Thats how the internet works. We don't approve work unless we are sure.

So. Please provide evidence that you have created the icon.

Sounds like a pretty biased system then, seeing that you never ask for evidence from members that have been here a while.

I'm not saying that CnP is a good thing, just saying that to be fair it should be all or none.
