An arcane oracle, most of the time used to predict the future or store powerful demons and spells, although some have been found to store other things, such as people even.
This is NOT just a speed recolor. It DOES go to the 50% freehand.

Wrong borders first of all...

Wrong borders? But i got these from a blizzard icon. . . . . The shine + a portion of the spiral is freehanded, and the shine on the right-side edge is too. The rest, I am sad to say, is recolored 
.
EDIT: Forgot... I know this should be through PM but... I dropped the whole Ring of Torture icon. Too crappy.
