With the bridge model selected hold ctrl and press page up until you get it where you want it. This works for all doodads.

Don't go to high, I recommend raising nearby lands or link one or more bridge with at least 1 connected to both sides.

My cliffs are on lowest level. There is only water bellow.
I tried this but no matter what I try my units just wont pass the bridge at where water starts.

When you press P you will see the pathing textures. Blue is walkable and pink is unwalkable. Now look at your bridge's pathing (You may want to press W to hide water)
If there is any pink in the way your units wont be able to walk on the bridge. You need to have blue everywhere you want your units to be able to walk.
Now look in Bridges/Ramps for a doodad called an invisible platform. These can be placed to cover up unwalkable areas. If you are having trouble placing them try holding shift while you do it. As long as the bridge is walkable and there is a line of blue from shore to shore under your bridge you should be fine. Another tip would be to hit ctrl+D to hide doodads so you can see under your bridge. You may want to go to File --> Preferences --> and untick the box that says lock visibility for active palette. This allows you to hide doodads while still having the doodad palette showing.

Okay it works now with invisible platforms bellow my bridge but now my unit shakes like crazy when crossing over it.
Is there a way to get all invisible platforms in the exact same height?
With copy paste they just sink in the water...

You can select them all and press Y. This will make them all the same height. (You may have to have 'reset fixed object height' unticked in the Advanced menu for this, not sure) Now raise them to the level of your bridge. The bottom of the pink and black cube will mark the height of the invisible platforms. I think the reason your bridge is so shaky is that the model of the bridge itself isn't smooth. Since it is walkable it means that the units will follow the contours of the bridge. If you place all of the invisible platforms just a little above the bridge then it should be nice and smooth.
