hello, I dunno if this is the right spot to ask but word editor help zone is a safe card to post things on.

I got this model that got too big body for an armor attachment.. Can you change so the attachment model will be bigger?

Post your model and meaby i gonna try, but basically, scaling is so simple, and u can do this by Warcraft 3 Model Editor

If you want to know where 'scaling' hides in War3 ME this is the way: Open War3 ME go Windows > Model Editor > Transformations > Scaling
Ofcouse Select parts u want to be scaled properly with your wishes before you gonna scale them .

I checked this model in test map, and for sure, chest attachments don't show up beacuse of his body.

The only way i would do it is: i would open War3 ME, then open attachment i need and rescale it. I increased size of one armor by 200% and now it's appear on his body, but in my opinion it looks wierd. However i don't think it's good anwer for you, ask better modelers since i have minor knowledge there.

Here is test map, with one of armors from hive's resources with his size increased by 200%

You want to remove shoulders from barbarian or from armor?

EDIT: If barbarian, i did a model for you, but however, model itself got 1 empty 'space' just underneath the left shoulder, it's hiden because of armor he wears. You gonna see it on my file.

Anyways, meaby thats what you need. Remember that you still need Barbarian.blp texture.

Okey here is it:

Hope you gona like it, ask me if babr's back isn't from your imagination, will try to edit it better. Have fun.

EDIT: You can convert this texture from tga into blp if you want, remember path is: Barbarian4.tga, you delete previus part of path when you import the file.

I did as you said, Imported both files. Deleted the other files without the barbarian blp and portrait. Then i tested it. Still the same. So i thought mb if i remove the old blp file. So i did that but its still the same :S and i deleted the war3.... path infront of the barabarian.tga What's the prob?

Oh lol i can see the green squares. But when im starting the game it works!

But.... Its still the same.. I can see his back :P

And you didn't change the tga to blp ^^ I dunno if that's the prob. I guess you will know.

MAN! If you mean green squares, it's about NEW resources added to your map recenlty.

World Editor will replace them with normal models after restart, or a break (for exg. next day). Green squares are normal. Hope i helped you well, enjoy the model!.

EDIT: This amour doesn't have back so..., by the way, this model isnt good for attachments, unless you cumstomize them.

So there's no way to change it so it will look better there? Without getting a hole in the body. (a small one doesn't matter, a big one xD matters..) Cuz i don't know what you mean with customize it?

I remade barb's back for you, hope you gonna like it, and for sure it's better then previous one.

I changed colors/texture on back along with some model changes around back/shoulders/arms.

EDIT: You don't need texture Barbarian4.tga anymore, new one makes whole job and path is: Barbarian2e.tga.
EDIT2: Models Updated

@Spinnaker: Why don't you just convert it into .blp file? It is smaller in filesize and much more flexible in the World Editor?

Dude, usually in requests when i want to do something quickly i dont convert it into blp, i left it in operational tga in fact that iam editing textures in gimp  I'm poor for photoshop. However, i'm not telling he can not do it, and i would even prefer him to do so. I guess he can handle it.
