Is it possible to create a boat that already carries units?

I think you'd need to force them into the boat in the 0.00 second of the game with a trigger.

You can't create a unit inside cargo. what you can do is set the boat position on shallow water, create units at the same location and order the boat to load them. After that you can move the boat to its proper position. I'm not sure if that will work instantly. If it doesn't then you can just wait for about 0.05 secs before moving the boat away from the shallow water to give it time to load the required units.

You mean doodads? Only those considered destructibles (trees/destructibles, pathing blockers, bridges/ramps), for them use the Destructible - Destroy (or Destructible - Kill) action.

Or "remove destructable" if you want to COMPLETELY remove them.

Select which type of destructable you want to destroy using "Pick every destructable in a region of type..."
Action : Kill Picked destructable
