Bear form interferes with spellbook

I figured it should only be set once I suppose. However Maker it works but I didn't quite get it with that command you wrote "call UnitMakeAbilityPermanent(unit, boolean, abilityID)" I know I'm supposed to change those names with which unit (I don't know how to get this information) and boolean (I have no idea what to put here) and the id of the spell (I know how to do this at least). I used the function implemented to do this through UMSWE GUI but what I've heard it's not too good to use them? Anyway thanks.
