Attach texture

Is here (AGAIN, im stupid btw, i don't know jass) any action, that allows to attach an texture to an part of screen, in WE or IN GAME? No problem if it is jass or gui or vJass.

It could, but it would be harder then implementing my CustomInventory into a map.

Even in vJass it's freaking hard to use that system, and I am sorry but there is no other way to do such things.
