i don't even know if it's GUI or JASS, anyway, the question is:

How do you attach an image over the screen when u cast a skill? Like in the Diablo III Map, when Skeleton King uses his inferno, the screen TEMPORARILY flashes red? yup, something like that.

Thats a fade in filter using red - Cinematic - fade filter fade in using color.

Meh don't care that much about rep Anyway you will see 3 fields : 255 255 255 : Change them to adjust color.
