atmosphere glow like in Tkok?

if you played tkok,you might have noticed that when you enter some zones,a green ,for example,glow will be all over the map.what is that effect and how can u do it by triggers?

These are DayNight models. You have to create them, import them into your map and call it using custom script "call SetDayNightModel("xxx", "yyy"). Look around for information about DayNight models.
