Need Glowing Effect

I'd like to make a glowing effect (terraining purposes) with the color I want. how do I do that?

glowing effect: some "light" source that makes things around it with a glow of colour. Like the first cave in Gaia's Retaliation, those yellow and red glows.

the only thing you should do is create it at magos's model editor ...
