ARRRGGGHHHH its driving me nuts !!!! :(

Hi ppls i had written a previous post but to no avail. basically what my question was, is how to change the ui, i know you change the ui setting in game interface options and have imported my pic as a blp and made it the right size (and restarted worldedit). However in desperations i have changed all interface options to my picture.

Now the funny thing about this is that the buttons on the menu (f10, f11 etc) have changed to the picture but the ui with the minimap etc is not showing its just all black. Does anyone know why this does this or how to fix it? you knowledge will be very much appreciated.
