Nice model! It looks like it was inspired by the Blackrock Orcs from WoW. If I could make some suggestions, I would recommend changing the skin tone to be more ashen, similar to this one. Also, try to emphasize their clan symbol more rather than the Horde symbol—though that depends on the timeline you're following, whether it's before or after the Second War.
You could also address some clipping issues. For example, try moving the right pauldron slightly up. For the left pauldron, you could create a bone parented to the left shoulder and adjust it slightly during animations. Additionally, you can delete the skin that appears under the armor to avoid overlapping problems.

That might be nice as an alternative model, but I believe there is value in retaining a normal orc version.

Would probably add some red eyes since Blackrock Orcs under the Burning Legion during WC3 were driven by rage because of the constant Fel exposure flowing through their veins; not fully corrupted but I would say on par like when the Orc's slaughtered the Draenei or WC1 in general. Wreckless, brutal and savage yet still efficient. I would probably replace the belt buckle because the color doesn't match with the aesthetic but everything else looks fantastic and definitely a +1 for adding their distinct skin color.
