Been learning how to use Hadoop, it has been a very painful experience.

Here. If you don't know what it is, the post probably isn't for you

I haven't used Hadoop before, but if you're using it to solve something specific google is your friend. If you're just learning it to learn it good luck. I've never been able to learn something for that reason alone :/
