I mean a TD, if u block with towers, some guy, or something will destroy the blocking tower. I tried earlier using a invulnerable grunt, like in line tower wars, but he destroyed all the towers, and then follow the regions.

Oh that kind of blocking. Why don't you make regions that are just a bit bigger then the tower size, and make a trigger to move to the center of the region, and when they enter the region, they're ordered to the next. That way, the units don't need to move to the center, but will automatically be ordered to the next region. Also when they enter the same region again, it'll won't effect them, since they will execute the same order again, which doesn't have any effect at all (or replaces the old order).

Just watch out not to make the region too big, or you have a chance that the units will choose a shortcut.

//Offtopic: Give the units Storm Crow Form and make them fly over the towers.

Im not quite sure what you mean, but.
Is it so that the player cannot block creeps off completely, as in the Builder cannot build there because it would block it off completely?
OR
Is it that they can, but the creeps would then attack the towers?

If its number 1.. I have no idea
If its number 2.. Set the Acquisition Range of the creeps to like 50, They might attack other towers, only if they are in between two of them.

Can you sorta explain the question a bit more, because it seems a bit vague to me.
