agressive sinematics

Could you help me

On my tactical rpg map every ability is a sinematic and I want that in this sinematic hero, that use an ability, say some random frase. For example Mage cast fireball, and while casting he can say "You are fired" or "Burn. baby, burn" or just tell nothing. How can I do that?

You would have to play sounds during the cinematic of course. There's no in game sounds that says "Burn Baby, Burn" so you would have to use custom ones. Which take up alot of space I would think.

No I asked how to start random chosing of sounds!

While casting he can say this or this, but what he say must computer chose. How to start random generator?

If random integer between 1 and 10 equal to 1 then play sound a else If random integer between 1 and 10 equal to 2 then play sound b else(...)
