Aggro system

Can someone do for me some aggro system please? .)
I think something like in WoW. Neutral Hostile units will attack units what do the biggest damage on him (the biggest genrated threat). Also spells will generate threat but it will generate 200% and some spell (taunt) will generate 320% of threat
