Hi all I am trying but failing at making a mountain that is inspired by the Void's mountain art in this post:

Mountain Path

This is what my map looks like.

I am not sure the terrain style he used for the cliffside and if my mountains are in need of reshaping (in height or width/length).

What are you trying to do exactly? His screenshot is near a ledges POV whereas yours are overheads. You have multiple ledges going progressively up, he just seems to have one big ledge.

Tileset seems to be Lordaeron summer or village, with the bridge and trees being custom models. He also uses a fog effect.

EDIT: There also may be some scale size illusion at play

i would like to recreate the mountain that is huge in skyrim (or something to that affect) mount hrothgar

voids picture just seemed to really capture that well

and i’d like to use voids method but have it be like that going all the way up somehow

mine will be for gameplay but i want the atmosphere to match @Void
*so i will change terrain to match what you said and incorporate the fog as well
