Advertising threads-ban or not to ban?

As everybody know, there are, nowdays, a lot of advertising threads from new members and some of you are tired of it. Would you, Ralle or the Moderators to banned all of the advertising threads
Or....
Make a new forum for them called "Advertising your Stuffs" (what name you want) where the advertisers could do that.
Also, I'd recomended a thing. When chose to be a member, you can have a option that would he/she would like to be a normal member or an advertising members. Advertising ones cannot gain reps or chat to the normal ones, but they can chat to eachother and still could download resources, and cannot give reps. (Its kinda racist but face it)
So, what do you guys think?

Thank you for the suggestion, but no. Absolutely not. No advertiser would ever actually pick that forum and play along and I don't want their crap on my site.

Anyway. I have installed something new now. A plugin that takes into consideration how long time it took the user to fill out the form. A bot usually takes less than a second, but a user may take about a minute or two. It will email me if it prevents a registration, so let's see what happens .

At 08:33 PM 04-07-2014 (default forum time) a registration attempt was rejected because the form was filled out in less than 15 seconds (4 seconds). The registration form info was as follows: IP: 201.221.131.76 Name: GClemmons EMail: [email protected]

Seems to work!

EDIT: 4 blocked so far.

Capatches do not work as they redirect them now to real people to fill them in. The sort of sites to do this likely have dubious content in the first place so users do not think about filling in the capatch.

They are not people, the adverts are generated by robots. Sometimes they trick people into filling in the registration form but after that it is all robots.
