I actually did some SQL queries to fix this. everything between 1-10 would get a 1 infraction and everything > 10 = 2.

EDIT: I just checked again. I may have been doing it wrong, it should work now though..

What have you all learned from this? Getting infractions is not a good or cool thing, thus behave in accordance to the site rules in the future.
