[Trigger] Adding skills to a hero when picking up an item?

Okay, I haven't mapped in about a year and have gone to rubbish, But this is my trigger currently,
  • Zenkou
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Acquires an item
    • Conditions
      • (Item-type of (Item being manipulated)) Equal to Zenkou
    • Actions
      • Unit - Add Incinerate to (Hero manipulating item)
      • Unit - Add Shockwave to (Hero manipulating item)
      • Unit - Add Flame Strike to (Hero manipulating item)
      • Unit - Add Bash to (Hero manipulating item)
I wish to make it like the skill belongs to the hero like he can get to lvl 2 and so on after getting lvl 3 or so much like a normaly hero but with the skills that the item gave him?

Well I was hoping of making a unique-ish hero battle by picking your weapon say a sword named "Zenkou" I would like that sword to give the hero skills much like they were his own to begin with (like the paladin and divine shield,devotion aura,healing touch, resurrection) Like that.
 
Ah, Wasn't what I was looking for but I'll manage with that type of system, Thanks.
