3dsmax 6 Model Editing Question

So now after all this crap, and several entries later, i finally got a trial version of 3dsmax. I'm having the same problem: I cannot open warcraft 3 mdx or mdl files with it. What can i do to rememdy this?

As far as I know, the warcraft tools only work for versions 4 and 5...it'll probably be that way untill blizzard patches their tools or releases an updated version, which is unlikely.

Check the tutorial section in Warcraft 3 Campaigns, I believe their is a tutorial their on importing with 3ds max 6.
