The concept is awesome, and I really like how you made the naga guy on top.
However I think the frog part of the model feels a bit off compared to the standard mounted units, usually the mount has some team color elements and details.. This frog looks like a neutral creep being mounted by a players unit, it doesn't seem like it's been tamed.
I also agree with people above that tongue attack animation would be a really nice addition.

What draenei... This 'swamp people' race is not inspired by draenei, but by the Vedalken, part of the most famous and expensive among collectible card games, by WotC iirc.

Edit: talking about inspiration here is going way too far, as I have no proof whatsoever that the author even knew about vedalken before making swamp people. It is correct to say that there is great similarity between the two. Lovely execution btw

Normally I'd be honored, but honestly I did next to nothing on this; I simply *removed* geosets he painstakingly created. I didn't even finish (ropes?) & IIRC I didn't even do the harder work of removing unused animations (not quite sure how).
I'll leave it up to @Freddyk , but honestly I did what any amateur could do in less than 10 minutes of 'work'. :<

This is so friggin cool! I have been, just for my own amusement, making a cosmetic replacement of the NE units. I think this unit would be lovely for replacing Malfurion or Tyrande, because i really have not done any hero swaps yet. If nothing else, it would be a lovely do-over on the Huntress. Do you have any voice/weapon suggestions for it?

EDIT!: And i agree with the others who state it really would be nice for the frog itself to have some kind of team color, whether it be banner attachment, or otherwise.
