All Updates
  • V.1.8. Update - Terrain once more upgraded. Added missing lanterns to the other parts of the Brill, added a hidden farm to the north-west of Brill, and added a reference into it to Verb8im (Thanks for testing, bud). Captain Luc Valonforth's hero class is now "Stormtrooper" in order to not share the same hero class as Captain Falric.
  • V.1.7. Update - Fixed Quest Log issue where Luc and Falric's survival requirement didn't appear, it now appears. Special thanks to a hive member who recently reviewed my map for the info. Also fixed Falric's tooltip research icon positioned, which bugged for unknown reasons.
  • V.1.6. Update - Upgraded the entire terrain of the map of Brill. Updated the Bloodhill Remnants. Now North, East, West, and South Brill truly look like a wonderful Brill before the Undead Scourge ruined it. Get to experience it when they began to ruin it. Added enemy words that are said when they reach some certain point of life or when under attack. The newest addition for my campaign called "Scoreboard" is added. Hostile Units updated and Captain Falric's Critical Strike has been replaced with his newest ability fitting to his shield called "Steam Engineered Shield".
  • V.1.5. Update - Updated hero's passive abilities. The Captains Defend ability is now unique compared to the standard defend ability. (They have a chance to resist Piercing, Magic, and Spell attacks), while Arthas' old spell, "Fortified Will", has been replaced with a brand new one called "Light's Embrace". Jaina's Frostbolt has been updated. Passive abilities now no longer cost mana, but have a long cooldown duration. Arthas can now heal himself with Holy Light as well. Introduction color code added and the "Ravages of the Plague" is now marked in blue color. Undead Scourge units upgraded.
  • V.1.4. Update - Command Aura completely fixed. Tool tips should no longer bother.
  • V.1.3. Update - Axeman updated and Stitch now drops Gloves of Spell Mastery.
  • V.1.3. Update - Added Enemy Shout Sounds. Read below for more information. Finished up the ogres. Now the Mauler is two head and the rest are Ogre One Heads.
  • V.1.2. Update - With permission from CloudWolf to the users and I quote "Everything I make is open-source so your welcome to use my resources for any purpose". With this opportunity given. Arthas Menethil's skin has been updated along with Falric's cape. Special thanks to the member Lockheart for making this possible. Jaina Proudmoore's skin updated as well for the map. Icon set for High Elf Priest. No more will he use the Blood Elven one.
  • V.1.1. Released - If there are any bugs. Will update. I have the Full Screen set, but hive bugs sometimes with them. So, it did for me. It will restore eventually.
Information: A remake of the Scourge of Lordaeron campaign with my own ideas, systems, and other various custom material added made for 2Players specifically. The plan of my campaigns are usually to make both players special in some sort of a way. For example: Both having their own units, structures, upgrades, and more. To make the Campaign maps harder to play and more interesting. This campaign will be made before the Curse of the Blood Elves. Characters that appeared in the novel will be added such as "Falric, Marwynn, Thassarian, and Luc Valonforth". The captains will be recognizable and not confusing anymore. This map is originally made by Blizzard Entertainment for Warcraft 3: The Reign of Chaos Campaign's called The Scourge of Lordaeron. However, in the beta Blizzard removed some of it's content. Such as the Duelist and some other material in it's future maps. I used this and implemented it into the game. They even didn't feature the full name of Arthas in it and divide the captains that served under Arthas. Even this was added to the game. Their campaign felt as if it didn't capture the Humans much as it did in the Novel. This map features also my new sort of difficulty. Hints that are meant to be divided are and will only display on the screen to the player who requires it. Quests shall now reward both heroes of both players and the enemy sides will be more harder in "Hard Mode" to defeat. Description of the Player's Armies:
Player 1 plays with Prince Arthas Menethil, the son of King Terenas Menethil the Second. Arthas Menethil gathers another Captain by the name of Luc Valonforth along with Player 2's Hero, Captain Falric, in order to investigate a strange plague spreading throughout Northern Lordaeron. The heroes must await Lady Jaina Proudmoore before they begin their journey.
Description of the Undead Scourge:
The Undead Scourge have been heavily upgraded in this map, along with the main antagonists known as the "Cult of the Damned". Kel'Thuzad found many eager volunteers for his new cult amongst the tired, overburdened laborers of Lordaeron. Surprisingly, Kel'Thuzad's goal to pervert the citizens' faith in the Holy Light towards belief in Ner'zhul's dark shadow was easily attained. As the Cult of the Damned grew in size and influence, Kel'Thuzad made sure to keep its workings secret from the authorities of Lordaeron at every turn. Having visited Caer Darrow, he made a deal with the Barov family, thus Scholomance became the capital of the cult. With Kel'Thuzad's success in Lordaeron, the Lich King made the final preparations for his assault against human civilization. Placing his plague energies into a number of portable artifacts called Plague cauldrons, Ner'zhul ordered Kel'Thuzad to transport the cauldrons to Lordaeron where they would be hidden within various cult-controlled villages. The cauldrons, protected by the loyal cultists, would then act as plague generators by sending the plague seeping out across the unsuspecting farmlands and cities of northern Lordaeron. The Lich King's plan worked perfectly. Many of Lordaeron's northern villages were contaminated almost immediately. Just as in Northrend, the citizens who contracted the plague died and arose as the Lich King's willing slaves. The cultists under Kel'Thuzad were eager to die and be raised again in their dark lord's service. They exulted in the prospect of immortality through undeath. As the plague spread, more and more feral zombies arose in the northlands. Kel'Thuzad looked upon the Lich King's growing army and named it the Scourge — for soon, it would march upon the gates of Lordaeron and scour humanity from the face of the world. Kel'Thuzad, now upon the Lich King's instruction, oversees the infection of the small town of Brill. With the Alliance Forces appearing at the scene. This will don the first appearance of Kel'Thuzad himself to the Alliance.
Description of Enemy Shout Sounds:
My newest feature to my type of a 2Player Campaign maps. The Enemy Shout sounds are heard by normal units and heroic units of the enemies. When a Ghoul or Necromancer spawn. A sound will be heard from each of them. For example. If a Crypt finished training a Crypt Fiend. He'd spawn and a sound would be heard playing from him that goes like "For the Spider Kingdom!". When the Necromancers cast spells. They will shout words at you that will be heard like sounds. Such as "Tremble before the Scourge!". Many heroes do this as well and play their own various sounds. Each enemy now seems more special then before.
Description of "Grand New Boss Mode":
In this mode. A boss called "Stitch" is featured who plays the role of a "Hero Abomination". However, Stitch is way too overpowered at some certain points in the game and if the player doesn't pay attention. They could fall easily. When the players end the "Encounter Cinematic" where Kel'Thuzad and his lackeys flee. A resurrection stone will be activated and they will be well inform of this. Stitch is the first main boss featured to be strong during the end of a "Survival Map".

Review emerges!

I have played your 2P Campaign: Human 03 and I must say, fair and good like your others. Let's get straight to the point and the two things I noted from your previous maps still persists until here namely, the broken color code on the 3rd spell of Captain Falric and also that there should be a slight difference or advantages/disadvantages between the Footman and Axeman which is Axeman has higher damage but medium armor and the Footman has higher armor but medium damage. As an additional as well, you could make the Footman's ability Defend but for the Axeman, I would suggest maybe that serves useful for his damaging capabilities such as Bloodlust for faster attack rates or Enrage, faster attack rates but suffers more on damages, depends on you.

The Abomination boss at the end could have also dropped some items or gave some rewards like gold rewards or item rewards so it could be that worth fighting.

Anyway, rated 3/5 and Acceptable.

The Arthas skin is just quick search on the skin section. He can search a better one. And whats the harm with that? The default Arthas looks shitty anyway.

And Captain Falric's model looks more superior than the main protagonist.
Captain Falric does look more superior, I do agree. That was bothering me as well. However, even if I did implement these custom skins. Falric would still out match them and beat them in looking hotter then the others. It's too bad Chrome or CloudWolf didn't do Arthas Menethil in a professional matter as well. Because one way or another. Implemented or not. Still Falric would look better looking. As for the Abomination. In the other chapters it's a unit. Only in this one is this skin used, because an abomination hero was made.

P.S: I really wish there was a Arthas Version of this - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/skins-552/cw_turalyon-blp-182157/?prev=status%3Dg%26search%3DPaladin%26d%3Dlist%26r%3D20 - xD

Most of the ideas accepted and implemented. Axeman updated. Abomination drops "Gloves of Spell Mastery" for Jaina Proudmoore. As I said before. Color code of the Captain's Command Aura for some reason refuses to work and I tried everything.

Abilities:
To inform you. I plan to also make this campaign somewhat realistic. So the units that can use the defend animation will always have defend on themselves. Custom abilities will be added to each unit, even the footman, in later chapters of my campaign. In chapter five. New abilities will be featured for both the footman and axeman that will divide them. Hope you understand.

I noticed that on the Main Quest update when you first get it, it says Arthas, Jaina, Falric, and Luc must survive, but when I go into my quest journal, it still has the vanilla Arthas and Jaina must survive, with no Falric or Luc.

Yes, from all the stuff I fix. I manage to screw up the littlest things. If you don't mind, because you got an good eye. Are you interested in being a "Beta-Tester"? You would test my maps before I even release them, this would help me greatly. Here's some rep, thank you once again.

Falric has Steam Engineered Shield on 3rd level. So far its just 2nd level that he doesn't. Haven't tried 4th level yet, so don't know about that one yet. If I see anything else on 3rd level that you said is supposed to be there from the updates that's not, I'll let you know
