umm. i notcied that you have 2 graveyards. can't you just combine them and inside create 2 separate forums of the "tutorials" and "resources"?

2 graveyards?

We like to have everything seperated. Tutorials shouldn't be mixed with resources

It may be possible to rename the second (newer) "resource graveyard" forum, giving it another name so as to reduce confusion. That aside, the underlying principle should remain intact: rejected tutorials must remain separate from other rejected submissions.
There's also another "Graveyard" (of sorts) in which other unacceptable content is buried: the Recycle Bin.
That separate forum contains threads and / or posts deemed to be inappropriate (WoW model requests, map de-protection discussions, etc).
