Tutorial submission section suggestion

Recently I notice the tutorial submission section was clogged with more and more tutorial and more than half of the tutorial was pointless or unacceptable.

Why don't we make it this ways? If user A submit tutorial to tutorial submission and user B proves tutorial by user A to be pointless or inefficient with the rest of the community member agree with user B, it can be graveyard right away?

This would make it easier.. right?

We should also have immediate action from the moderators, but yes, most likely, if the community finds it useless, then that's what it logically is. So, I agree, but not graveyarding it right away, maybe some mark [on hold] that depicts what you are talking about?

Setting up a user approval system similar to the resource section might work in a way.

When I used to be a tutorial mod, sometimes I'd just look at the comments, and if it had a bunch of good comments then I'd approve it without going over it thoroughly myself.
