Lolz with abilities even single battle against creep look awesome.
Now instead simple MAX 2-3 creeps per battle, I added over 5-6 creeps at some locations hoping for more intense battle where AOE spells would prove useful.

I still work on balance but there is difficulty so I will need you to report what difficulty level works the best way to use it as normal.

Ah yeah, a couple of more creeps will be fun, since some class are OP anyway, they can handle it with ease.

This is a nice map, everything is smooth. Would you be interested in working with me on a few projects?
I can help with some suggestions, small scripts, ideas, but nothing big.

EDIT:

I noticed small error with agility/intelligence swap, and fixed it already.

Played for a bit.

- Lock camera when in a room
- Things don't fit on 4:3 (let me know if I need to make screenshots)
- Whole map is visible what. (on second thought, it's probably a bug that I had a normal warcraft camera when leaving the first hut... but still, whole map is visible, wat)
- Add option to reverse camera turn arrow keys
- 3rd person camera goes up/down in relation to hero when moving up/down hills
- Skill info display should show when mouse is over the skill icon instead of upgrade icon
- Hero should be selected when leaving inventory.
- Inventory system bug: with an armour already equipped, I dropped a new armour on the equip slot without first unequipping. The previously equipped item disappeared, and when I unequipped the newly equipped armour, the old one's icon was still there.
- Add a hotkey for leaving inventory.
- Visible minimap looks bad.
- Arrow attack point is sooner than the animation's "attack point"


I don't think I need to mention the many good things that this thread is filled with... keep up the good work!

Argh, whenever I feel I've caught up to you terrain-wise, this happens :D. Anyway, It looks terrific, certainly going to play through it again soon.

Wow! One of the best terrains I've seen. No kidding!

There's lots of details in the scenes. Pic 11, for example.

I might just hire you for my future upcoming projects! lol

People, last cinematic chapter is finally created, just few minor things left to be done.
Final polishing should not take long.

Expect 8 min long cinematic really soon, and huge map update coming few weeks after it, with new refreshed terrain, new systems, items and quests.

Folks all around globe SotP is ALIVE. I'm back, fresh, and with many new ideas to blow your minds.

Hero Pick system
- Finally fixed and reshaped to look outstanding.
Hero Ability Talent Tree
- Removed from the game.
- Instead add 4 (Q W E R) ability buttons into Hero Inventory
- You can now equip abilities just like you equip items
- Each ability has unique Q W E R hotkey and icon slot depending on what position you place it
- You can trade, found, swap, destroy, use abilities.
- You can equip 2 same abilities into 2 different slots and use same 2 abilities at the same time
- You can do same with 3 or max 4 abilities (off course if you manage to find them)
- Abilities have classes as well (common, uncommon, rare, unique, legendary)
- Common abilities are mostly weaker ones, legendary can destroy army of enemy units.
Terrain and Indoor systems
- Added like 10 caves, basements and such places.
- You can enter almost any house and cave in so far presented world
Fixed Bugs
- Ranged hero will respawn as ranged.
- Fixed few errors in starting cinematic
- Fixed few tooltips
- Fixed many camera errors
- Fixed creep stats bug
- And few others can't remember everything
 
I fixed few bugs with overlapping systems :v
Now everything works fine, there should be no bugs with core systems.

All I need to do before upload is next:

Guys I started polishing SaveLoad system.
I will save even quest progress data, making this SaveLoad exactly like normal warcraft 3 save.

Terrain progress is made as well.
Expect to see Druids Guild presented in new version.
Cinematic will be replaced with dialogs in newest version.
There will be NO cinematic from now on. All important videos will be uploaded on youtube.
Main quest will finally move forward and you will be able to interact with Trioh ^_^
SotP History cinematic will be on youtube really soon.
SotP Terrain Preview is already on youtube (even HD 1080p version).

New heaven like presentation theme is almost finished.

Excited to be working on this map. I really do hope I can make something wonderful out of this opportunity, but I guess only time can tell.

I need to say on the first place that I don`t really prefer those HQ models for WarCraft world. It just doesn`t work together but that is only my opinion. And for the map... well it the screens are awesome and the gameplay is also on high quality as the models. Good job man.

World Map

I had some free time today, and because marko9 is busy with terrain,
I decided to present you something new: World Map

Map will be polished over time, and we could change just few things.
But right now it's all you need to know, because of story elements as well.

Much more detailed versions of map will be created later,
where because of story elements and character histories we decide
to improve writings with drawings :)

Oh also there is possibility that we would need another Writer because
of huge work that need to be done.
