This suffers from the same issues I mentioned here I have some additional notes for this one specifically though:
- Timers should run at a rate of 0.03-0.04 (0.01 is needlessly fast and takes up multitudes of additional processing)
- There should only be a single trigger for JASS resources, there's no need for there to be multiple unless the resource contains multiple abilities in which case it should be one for each resource
- The resource uses a Globals block, making this resource vJASS and not JASS (vanilla WE will fail to compile this)
