What if there is an already approved BTNShockwave1 (let's say... just an example) but that icon's creator creates another icon with similar function/purpose/usage but with entirely different style and looking (BTNShockwave2), can that icon creator still submit BTNShockwave2? Because BTNShockwave1 and BTNShockwave2 look differently.

But how about the rating of an updated icon which was already approved in the past? How to know that the approved icon is updated again? I wonder if an approved icon is updated again, that means some guys have already downloaded the old version of that icon but the next amount of guys will download the new version of that icon (not the old version). Does it matter or...? Are approved icons just like approved maps (I have a feeling that they are quiet similar, I mean they can be still updated. )?

What if an icon is approved but the icon creator feels that icon can be drawn to become a better icon, can the icon creator still update it? Or submitting the new icon (which is better than that approved icon) instead of updating an already approved icon?
