[Ideas] Official Cinematic Contest

So I need to have a final word to what the theme will be.

So far, probably the leading one is to create a music video.

Discuss your thoughts on what you want the cinematic contest to be about, even if vague or extremely specific.

Sorry for the long wait, in 3-5 days the contest will be posted.

If we do emo kid we might as well just make a cinematic about a sweet 16 birthday party.

why not make a cinematic on anything, that way anyone could enter the contest because they could do anything (except things that conflict with THW rules)

and it would be interesting to see peoples ideas. if i could do cinematics (and had the patience) i would do my dreams (very very wierd)

WoW... Well Cinematic Mini-Contest #3 would be nice in the mean time. I haven't made a senceless humour cinematic since my Endless War Triology. Think I'm gonna refresh it and upload it again. Your voice and accent might fit the bad guy CMarket.

Or we could organize our 1st unofficial cinematic contest. Just choose somebody as a representative who will take care of any technicalities with Ralle and the rules.

Great initiative CMarket! Your the guy! But if it's unofficial... could we then blast it up in The Arena and have epic rewards, award icons e.t.c? Imo that makes it kind of official. Or did you refer to any other "technicalities"?

Well I believe I can convince Ralle for a rep prize(but not a large one) but I doubt I will be able to get an award icon prize. So what are the ideas for the contest? My idea is to choose 3 or 4 ideas and put them in a pool for a week. Then simply set the theme of the cinematic to the most voted idea.

Let's say... any theme (comedy, drama e.t.c) and then we vote forward Sci-Fi, Medieval, Fantasy, Modern Warfare, Polotics, Game Keepers... get the picture?

Nah, we need something more specific. Since I saw that at least ten people wanted to do a music video I believe that could be the theme. My other suggestion would be a holiday themed short story which can be a comedy, drama or even a horror. It could be Christmas, Easter, Halloween, or any other common holiday.

But Music Video would be for the official Cinematic Contest #2. As long as there can be comedy in the inofficial I'm satisfied. For Halloween I think I'd use my Pumpkin Infernal. ^^
