Bug Battle.net: Join game whitespace in name

Sometimes when I copy game names from makemehost and try to join the game I get a disconnect:

Connection to battle.net has been lost

Battle.net has automatically cancelled the request

After that I cannot enter the battle.net for 5-10 minutes
(Unable to connect to battle.net)

Today I found the reason: I accidentally copied a whitespace at the beginning of the name.
You cannot see whitespaces in the b.net join input field.

Summary of the bug:
Try to join a game and have a whitespace in the name -> B.net disconnect and unavailable for 5 minutes

I see. Could anyone give a concrete piece text that will have you kicked? I tried it again just now with a different map (adding a whitespace before the name) and it didn't boot me.

This issue happened to me when I accidently entered a two lines paste in the search field.

This seems to occur when there are control characters in the gamename you're trying to enter (newline, etc.)

When I copy game names from Steam, I get booted.

After copying a game name from MMH, if you tap windows key and paste in there, you might see a bunch of spaces before the game name. If you do, then you need to remove the spaces and copy again so that you don't get booted after pasting that into war3.

It is still a bug. It should automatically purge input of such characters or prevent joining with a popup error "invalid characters in game name".
