Instaban on join?

I decided to screw around in warcraft 3 for a bit because I had nothing better to do. I log in, create an account (since the old one expired lol), and joined a game. When i hit join, i get "You have been disconnected from battle.net" immediately followed by "Battle.net has automatically cancelled your request" followed by a ban from the server. I tried this on USE USW and europe on three different lobbies every time. What gives?

Are you copy and pasting from browsers? If so, you could be unintentionally copying web code that Battle.net automatically sees as malicious.

As Stopcampingn00b stated. The best tip is to copy paste the game name into a word pad document and then into Warcraft 3.
