Not really. Nearly.
But that isn't composed solely of the "pure element".
That will kill it. I don't know, though. I think a rubber area on the middle will be okay.

The polycount is a tad bit too much for a model that isn't so complex, and maybe if you can improve the texture.

Is there some kind of vertex merger? From merging geosets the model got duplicates.

you can try using 3ds max for free (if you're a "student") and then get neodex plugin from the tools section, thats what I usually use for editing or making models.

It doesn't really ask you for anything other than you sign up to them and if you're not a student its okay as long as you dont start selling stuff you make (thats what Ive been told by my architecture teacher)
