The polycount is a tad bit too much for a model that isn't so complex, and maybe if you can improve the texture.
4/5 untill you fix the texture and reduce polycount if possible.
you can try using 3ds max for free (if you're a "student") and then get neodex plugin from the tools section, thats what I usually use for editing or making models.
It doesn't really ask you for anything other than you sign up to them and if you're not a student its okay as long as you dont start selling stuff you make (thats what Ive been told by my architecture teacher)
