At the very first moment I thought it's the upper part of an axe

(The brighter part has the perfect shape for the sharp blade xD)

I have trouble importing it through - I get a black (no) icon as if alpha channels haven't been saved correctly anyone else have problems?

At the time of this post the icon does not work due to bad alpha channel data. It is completely transparent so invisible in game. Icons generally should have no alpha channel data.

I have notified the author about this problem in an attempt to get it resolved. In the meantime a fixed version can be obtained here.
