Sin'dorei300: Excepting the fact that the shape is traced, the arm doesn't stands out enough from the rest, coz it's kinda blending with the glow.
Also, it's blurry.

Also, it's blurry.
A little more light in it could help. For example, the Immolation icon. The background is the same, it's just the hand that diminishes. The same could be done here.
