Sin'dorei300: Excepting the fact that the shape is traced, the arm doesn't stands out enough from the rest, coz it's kinda blending with the glow.
Also, it's blurry.

The hand part needs to stand out more in the icon.

I think that this would be better off without the glow.

A little more light in it could help. For example, the Immolation icon. The background is the same, it's just the hand that diminishes. The same could be done here.
