It is for what your imagination leads you on 
In Stars, this one is a ship dedicated for terrorists.
It is a frigate with Missile Flush, Set up a nuclear bomb as main abilities. (With of course bomb thrower, turrets etc.). It is the dedicated fire platform for terrorist with physic weapons.
And Ty for the rate.

That explains, i tought it was somesort of a repair drone.
