Yeah all ethernet LAN max speeds are 100mbps and all wireless LAN max speeds are around 54mbps. That doesn't say anything about your actual internet connection though.

5.5 MegaBit wireless connection; you can its broadband being shared by other computers. I used to have a modem, but it sucked bad (52 KBPS dial-up) so I switched to something a bit faster.

10mbit DSL, not sure what that is in terms of your definition of 'k' (kilo) - as your DSL entries appear slower than the superior 56k Modem - which is damn slow. I'm talking megabit, you're talking kilobyte. 8 bit is 1 byte, so I guess my connection is slightly above 1.2mB/s (1200kB/s) ... while a Modem (56k) usually refers to 56kB/s .. that gives me the conclusion I should have an option that says 1000k, while your highest is 16k.
