World editor using internet?!

First of all hello, like the title says it, the world editor wanted to gain access to the internet, is this normal?? I just noticed when my firewall reported it and I never though and knew about worldedit.exe accessing internet and thats really weird, I denied the connection by the moments, so please tell me if this is normal, thanks in advance
