Connection Problems

Everytime I watch youtube videos, say for 10-30 minutes, my internet connection disconnects, so I cant access ANY website, I am forced to restart my laptop, then connection is ok again, then off again...on the other hand, when Im not watching, connection is not disconnected, why is this happening?, do you experience this?...

Im using Wi-fi and just switched to cable 2 days ago coz of this problem but it's no use...Help is much appreciated ...

i use wi-fi but nothing like this ever happened
but when i'm watching youtube connection go slower but not disconnected..

Network drivers.

Install the latest drivers for your network device. If you already have the latest drivers, you can try a previous version.

Im thinking about a virus or a malware that enters into my system, when I tried to unckeck the proxy lan setting, it worked, then when I restarted, it is checked again, this doesnt happen before...

Re-installing is my last resort coz I have so many things to save from my C drive...anyway thanks guys for the feedback...

well like I said, it's my last resort, just right now Im watching YT and it got disconnected again, it shows that my LAN is unplugged but truth is no, I disabled it and then it went online again, very weird indeed maybe it has got to do with my hardware...

I've experienced this too, the connection disconnected after a few minutes when watching video but when using another wi-fi its not happen again...

What is the name of cable modem that you used??

I got this problem . But I don't know how I solve it always . This is what I do :
1- Recheck all lines of router (modem) .
2- Run Advanced SystemCare and Clear my computer .
3- Run CCleaner for an improved cleaning .
4- Reconnect the internet .

And BINGO IT WORKS

I've used CCLeaner and sometimes deleted many unused registry files in my computer without backup, maybe that's one of the reasons...

Get an anti-virus. Maybe it's a trojan. You should also get autoruns from Sysinternals and Process Explorer. Boot on safe mode, remove malicious startup entries and delete them, you could store them and send 'em to someone you hate, if you like.

EDIT:
Nah, ccleaner won't do that. I really think it's a trojan.

I removed CCleaner btw...like I said the problem for disconnection is only when Im watching something in the net specially youtube...
