lol it seems we both have the same problem on our hands, my guess would be your IP/Firewall is blocking your game from doing ne thing... at least that how it was for me with WC3, i have no idea what Garena is, i also donno for a fact what i was doing, but i sure hope i helped in anyway possible :D
 
Well, you said you share Internet, but are you actually in LAN with him?

Because one has nothing to do with the other here, by us 3 share the internet, 2 of us have LAN, while the 3rd is alone.

Okay, the situation is this, I have 1 DSL modem with router, all of which connected to 3 computers (including 1 in my room), and it works just fine in LAN games, then i purchased 1 more router, then I insert the LAN cable to the WAN port of the 2nd router, then connected to my PC & laptop (4th computer), in short I cannot play LAN games in my room even if the "MAIN" DSL/router is ON...
