Mine are...

Humans: Knight and Paladin.

Orcs: Grunt- A classic unit. Blademaster- The voice is annoying, but they have cool abilities.

Night Elves: Druild of the Claw and the Demon Hunter- He just looks awesome.

Undead: Abomination and Death Knight.

Human: AM, caster units, sorceress.

Orc: TC, witch doctor.

Elf: Kotg, ranged units, dryad.

UD: CL, spiders.

Human: Archmage, Footman -Dalarians my fav kingdom and the footmen look cool with defend

Ore: Seer, Catapult (I dont realy like any wc3 orc unit much)

Night Evles: Potm, Huntress - I like starfalla nd huntresses look cool

Undead: Lich, Frostwyrm - like the lore behind frost wyrms

Human - Mountain King -> Huge Damage and stun, Spell Breaker -> just cool and rocking

Orc - Far Seer -> Summons + Nuke, Shaman -> Huge units

Nightelf - Warden -> Nice slow and AoE damage, Faerie Dragon -> cute but deadly for priests etc.

Undead - Death Knight -> Heal + Speed, Frost Wyrm -> AoE slow + rawr^^
