You fail at loading

1- <Preload() or Game - Preload in GUI> is for what ?
As I mentioned it doesnt preload models...
Anyway I need a way to preload models (creating them outside map would be ok I guess but Id like to hear a better way)

I don't think there is one. Not sure, but I find it doubtful.
