It is more convenient than others. Instead of finding and downloading all those tools, X Des integrates them together. And a little cons is that X Des has "WE hack" and EGUI. I will update if it has any changes

also, JNGP isn't made by 1 person only, JNGP makers include makers of Grimoire, UMSWE, VJASS, CJASS and some other I can't remember.

it's better if you can try contact ShadowDaemon to give you permission.
also, since you're here, why you don't distribute it yourself?

The author changed icon and DLL dependency of the BLP Laboratory. The other program (Button Manager) is packed into SFX. I don't see any help files included. I'm not sure, if EXE file changes may cause any issues, but I don't like the idea of remaking the whole program distributive in this case. The author could put all programs in separate folders to preserve original contents.

I think the same goes for other programs in the pack as well. Also, if you want to keep stylish icons, you could have assigned them to shortcuts.

That sums up my point.
