I get to level another 10 levels! It took 50-60 days /played to get to max level. Hooray.

Holy shit I thought I took forever to level! I even get my skills up, explore, and sometimes pay attention to the quest stories.

Won't get Wrath until I hit 70, which is taking a long time since I rarely play. In fact I quit for almost two years.

Pre-ordering was useless... I pre-ordered off of amazon.co.uk and still haven;t recieved my copy. My mate ordered more then he meant to so he gave me a copy which i'm happy about
I complained to amazon.co.uk and they have agreed to pay me back what I paid in delivery charges (As I ordered first class).

WotLK so far has been brilliant, I've reached level 58 with my DK through some very fun and unique quests. Blizzard have adopted a completley new way of playing in some ways.
The DeathKnights also look pretty dam awesome anyway.
Tonight, I'll probably have a go sending my paladin into Northrend, assumming I don't get stuck to playing my DK.

A lot of classes can with the new talents. Leveling to 70 is pretty damn easy.

Wotlk = New areas and new features. So yeah, I think it is better than TBC.

Anyway, I read somewhere in the patch notes that they nerfed down a lot of bosses and raids etc. in TBC. I guess they want you to get good gear before you head off to northrend.

It sucks. I'm sorry, blizzard really fucked it up this time. WoW is a joke now, it's got too much "comedy" content now. At the beginning when they only had a bit of fun items and descriptions it was a great touch. At TBC they started overdoing it. Now that you have things like motorcycles, well that's just overkill.

Plus, they didn't add any NEW content, just more of the same old shit with a few extra gimmicks that don't change the game in any significant way.

It took me 9 days to get to 45. That was when I was younger, and I also concentrated on doing the useless random stuff. Then when I came back to the game this year, I have like a day of play time and am 63.

I mean, the game has god damn TANKS and mechanical bird mounts. Suddenly a motorcycle is unserious and taints the entire game? The motorcycle is one of the FEW easter eggs that reference the real world, jeez

More power to him I say. He also used mages to summon him around. Things like going back to the city to buy new skills and whatnot.

WotLK is better in multiple ways.

DK are brilliant. Great starting zone and cool spells.

Quest rewards look better! In BC they looked retarded... All queer colours like purple and yellow. They did a good job at making sure items look good.

Items come in more gradually. In BC T3 was instantly replaced with OL greens. In northrend crappy S2 will be replaced by about 71-73, but the good stuff (T6, S4) will last 'till 75-78. Not that that's much better but it's way better then BC.

New mounts are cool, and fit the WoW style, I don't thonk there commical at all (@Void).

New instances are very well made. Nexus bosses all have incredible AI's and are actual challenges! Also mobs look cooler. There not all just re-skins, infact, most aren't.

Level 80 takes for ever to get to, unlike 58-70 which takes like 3 days lmao. They made sure that the quests and mobs gave appropriate amounts of exp.

I think the expansion was a good addition to WoW, and I'm sure most others think so as well, as you don't have these old WoW players bitching on about how old WoW was better and change is bad and 90 minute BG queues were fun, etc.

I play with a friend. Once I hit 80 (probably a couple years from now), we'll arena and BG together. I won't get good gear, but we'll have fun double teaming the shit out of people. And he'll have amazing gear.

The level system is the same as any other mmorpg, and it's not to bad, WotLK quests are fun, and not so much grinding. Terrain is good considering it's a huge game. They keep it low res to reduce lag.
