It is crazy. How would they do it since dalaran mages are dead or scattered across the world (they weren't even in dalaran in TFT)
And why would they do it since undead kicked their ass. There isn't point of moving capital from the country right on the doorstep of the enemy.
Also is there a writing saying "Attack us we are idiots!"

Scourge whole existence was to destroy all living. Orcs never attacked together but there must have been some band that did attack because Gillines was at war with orcs. Also Archimond said that it was pleasure eradicating human kingdoms so undeads must have attacked at least once. About worgen... the last thing about them is that Arthas controls them and that Arugal guy in WotLK.

Gilneas only joined the Alliance because of Lothar's good preach and the words of King Terenas, and that's why they joined it and the Orcs became enemies. They never got attacked.

Why would the Scourge attack a kingdom that isolated themself and poses no threat for it?

Well orcs were enemies of all humans so I doubt that grunt will ask someone (escuse me are you from Alliance?). They never were attacked by orders so who is going to stop some small group of idiots to attack?
And undead are made to kill all living. Are they harmless or not is irrelevant. Their mission is to kill all (they even killed orcs that were technically on their side)

The scourge was made to pave a way for the Burning Legion. Dalaran, Quel'thalas and Lordaeron offered resistance, so they got killed to summon the legion. Gilneas couldn't be a point of interest since it isolated itself and couldn't possibly get out and stop them.

Archimon said that burning legion and scourge destroyed human kingdoms. Is that hard to accept that evil attacks all good cuz they are good? Gillineas were with Alliance once (kinda) and undead would kill them in order to stop them joining anyone. Scourge doesn't care is someone in war or not. They attacked orcs that pledged their lives to burning legion and would rather help them and yet undead kill them (reason was because they failed legion and they to must be purged) also Kel'thuzad said numerous time that scourge is here to end all living.

They killed the Blackrock Orcs because they attacked them and didn't let them speak with Archimonde, but your reason too is right. Plus, the Scourge was created to summon the Burning Legion, and was not ment to just go randomly attack anyone who is living. It would have no tactical, technical, and strategical use to attack Gilneas, plus, they had a huge badass wall, so how were they even supposed to get in?

You only think about Arthas attacks and you don't even consider that Scourge is much more bigger. They aren't just one army they are whole legion of undead that attack every land. Like it is comfirmed that Scourge attacked Stormgrade so why wouldn't they attack Gilineas. Gillineas actually exist and is full of living, has great economy and there for is a threat. They weren't destroyed since scourge didn't have time for full attack on them because of Dreadlords and latter Forsaken.
