Does "worldedit121.exe" work?

Have you tried reinstalling?

What did you do before it stopped working?

Look in your Warcraft III folder for the Errors folder. Open it and look at the most recent crash Text Document.

Copy and paste that here, some people might be able to see something useful. (I would recommend putting it in hidden tags though)

It doesn't show up in the errors folder
I don't have worldedit121.exe
I have tried reinstalling
It stopped working after I tried to deprotect a map and it didn't deprotect

I also tried running newgen's world editor and it says there is already a incidence of world editor running

EDIT: I tried worldedit121.exe still crashes, PLEASE I NEED HELP

Does it crash whenever you open the editor? Or just when you open that particular map?

If it only stopped working after you tried deprotecting a map, then perhaps it messed with your game files or registry. Does warcraft 3 run just fine?

You should try uninstalling and reinstalling warcraft 3.

I assume you are using Windows Vista?

Try running the editor as administrator. If it works then the problem is file permission related.

Make sure you have MSVC++ runtime 2015 installed or whatever the new version of Warcraft III uses.
