Well i'm not sure what your talking about with the accuracy. Sure, the AoS doesn't have lanes...it's not meant to be an exact AoS map.
An important note: this map is meant to be balanced with all players playing! The powerful nazgul your talking about are supposed to be balanced out by the fellowship (ply4 purple) who also has 7 heroes.
Lastly the AI in melee is very different from that of the AoS style, and the AoS works pretty well...
the comp sends out units from pre-grouped barracks to their primary enemy town hall, once the enemy town halls are destroyed or the player is defeated, it selects a new one, there is a limit of units out for each player so there won't be an overload and old units simply move to a new target after player defeat. There are a decent number of items in the map, maybe not the 30 per player of a regular AoS map, but it's meant to be a trade off to play in LOTR atmosphere...
for some reason i doubt that you even played this map for more than 10 minutes...some good thoughts, but you have no experience (for example yes mordor is easy to defend, but Gondor and Helm's Deep are also easy to defend and Mordor has fewer allies
so I don't think your rating of a 3 is fair...but the voting at this site is always done unoften and is usually partial (last time w/ v5 i got two or three 5's)
